AGLC process and workbook limitation

This walkthrough describes the current repository-owned Alberta path. It does not claim AGLC workbook generation or authority-ready AGLC output.

• For in-scope Alberta alcohol categories, the public calculator uses the production engine and active source pack to return source-traced AGLC administrative fees and ABCRC non-refillable container deposits and recycling fees.
• Compliance Desk can store account-scoped orders, calculation snapshots, filing-period facts, tracker facts, reminders, support requests, and evidence metadata when the account, entitlement, and source-gated routes permit access.
• AGLC workbook status
• The current repository does not include an approved AGLC liquor-DTC workbook or specification artifact. Because that artifact is missing, workbook generation and authority-ready output for Alberta remain unavailable and must fail closed. No authority-ready AGLC workbook is generated.
• The Alberta example page presents the calculated administrative-fee, deposit, and recycling-fee component subtotal. GST and the authority-ready output remain unresolved, so this is not a full remittance or board submission.
• User review remains required
• Users remain responsible for verifying authorization, official AGLC reporting duties, GST, source facts for deposits and recycling fees, filings, payments, corrections, and direct authority communications.
